Ginfusions are our gin based aperitifs.
First we distill a basic gin with juniper, coriander and orange, in our copper alambics, before diluting with pure water.
We then begin a infusion of fresh fruit and herbs to add flavour and colour to our gin. We currently have three flavours,
Raspberry & Hibiscus
Rhubarb & Mint
Apricot & Rosemary
The gins are infused for several days before a filtration and bottling.
The result are fresh and fruity gin based aperitifs.
Bottled at 21% alc and with very little sugar, our GInfusions are perfect for consuming neat, with a mixer or as part of a cocktail.
