Heated by a naked flame, the alcohol is slowly distilled before it passes through layers of freshly cut apples.
This apple filtration adds a slight touch of sweetness and texture to the alcohol which is then rested for several days in stainless steel casks.
Pure water is then gently blended with the vodka before bottling and labelling.
The result is a pure, smooth and textured vodka with a slight hint of vanilla and earthy flavours.
